Paradigm has led some of the most advanced stormwater implementation plans developed to date. We leverage cutting-edge technologies such as continuous simulation and genetic optimization to create strategies that achieve maximum cost-benefit.  Each strategy is customized to the watershed and the “menu” of BMPs preferred by the client/stakeholders. With our tools, decision makers can understand of cost of regulatory compliance and weigh the benefits of different implementation strategies (for example, green versus gray).
