Paradigm specializes in developing customized tracking and reporting systems. Many municipal programs now have thousands of assets. Inventories are key to understanding the cumulative effectiveness (flow and load reduction) and benefits (such as recreational benefits and reduced heat island effects). We specialize is systems with databases to store asset information, interactive maps to dynamically view assets, and beautiful dashboards to view comprehensive statistics. We are experts at both Microsoft (.NET and SQL) and open source (Python) platforms, and specialize in Javascript front-ends including visualization libraries. Our systems are able to produce reporting outputs (PDF or Word) that greatly simplify annual reporting requirements which are becoming increasingly more complex.
